Watershed Medical, LLC was founded in 2024 by Russ Bradshaw and Andrew Reinhardt. They believed an ISO (Independent Sales Organization) would provide a better platform for delivering joint reconstruction medical devices to customers. With over 30 years of combined sales and leadership experience in the orthopedic industry, they set out to make a difference.
